The share of sectors producing technology-intensive products in global foreign trade is increasing rapidly. In order to achieve a sustainable growth performance and to be competitive in exports, Turkey aims to increase the production and export of qualified products with high technology intensity. Last year, WIN EURASIA, which hosted 500 exhibitors from 17 countries and 35,728 visitors from 92 countries in 6 halls and 24 thousand m2 of exhibition area at the Istanbul Expo Center, made a significant contribution to the increase of manufacturing industry exports to $ 210 billion in line with Turkey's 2023 targets and to increase the export share of medium-high technology products to 44.2%.

EXPORT SHARE OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS GROWS WITH WIN EURASIA
According to the provisional foreign trade data produced within the scope of the general trade system in cooperation with the Turkish Statistical Institute and the Ministry of Trade; exports increased by 3.0% in October 2022 compared to the same month of the previous year and realized as 21 billion 328 million dollars, while imports increased by 31.4% to 29 billion 202 million dollars. In October, the share of manufacturing industry products in total exports was 94.7%. The share of high technology products in exports of manufacturing industry products increased from 2.6% in September to 3.9% in October. In January-October period, the share of high technology products in exports of manufacturing industry products was realized as 2.9%.
