The Malaysian Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) has extended anti-dumping duties on imports of a certain range of cold rolled products - cold-rolled stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.3-6.5 mm and a width of not more than 1600 mm from China, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand. Tariffs for these products remain in effect until July 26, 2028.
South Korea's Hyundai BNG Steel and Hyundai BNG, as well as Taiwan's Chia Far Industrial Factory and Yieh United Steel Corporation are exempt from paying duty on supplies of stainless steel cold-rolled steel.
