According to the statement made by AFAD, 21 thousand 43 people lost their lives in Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes and 80 thousand 88 people were rescued.

The balance of earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş is getting heavier.

According to a written statement from AFAD, after the earthquakes centered in Pazarcık and Elbistan districts of Kahramanmaraş, 1891 aftershocks occurred.

The loss of life in Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adana, Adıyaman, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kilis, Malatya and Elazığ was 21 thousand 43, and 80 thousand 88 people were rescued. 92 thousand 697 disaster survivors were evacuated from the provinces affected by the earthquake.

31,832 search and rescue personnel from AFAD, PAK, JAK, JÖAK, DİSAK, Coast Guard, DAK, Güven, Fire departmant, Rescue, MEB, NGOs and international teams are working in the region.

The number of search and rescue personnel from other countries was recorded as 8 thousand 294.

The number of personnel working in the region has reached 166 thousand 95, together with field personnel assigned from AFAD, police, gendarma, MSB, UMKE, ambulance teams, volunteers, local security and local support teams.

12 thousand 76 vehicles, mainly excavators, tractors, cranes, dozers, trucks, waterers, trailers, graders, vacuum trucks and similar construction equipment, were shipped to the disaster area.

3,558 sorties were made with the "air bridge" established for the delivery of personnel and materials to the region with aircraft affiliated to the Air Force, Land Forces, Coast Guard and Gendarma General Command.

26 ships, 24 by the Naval Forces Command and 2 by the Coast Guard Command, were assigned to the region for personnel, material shipment and evacuation.

170 thousand 902 tents and 1 million 507 thousand 494 blankets were shipped to 10 cities heavily affected by the earthquake by AFAD, the Ministry of Family and Social Services, Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Red Crescent, and the installation of 102 thousand 274 family life tents was completed.
