The 26th edition of the Kish International Steel Exhibition opened with a large attendance this year. It brings together a large number of steel industry representatives from senior executives of the state sector, the largest steel producers, related companies. The fair offers participants the opportunity to explore innovations and collaborations in the sector for 3 days.
The main themes of this year's exhibition include solutions for transitioning from existing technologies to green steelmaking, challenges of green steel production and employment opportunities in green steel production. In addition, methods to increase initiative and innovation in green steelmaking, the necessary know-how and equipment, and personnel training will also be addressed.
The role of green steel production in reducing costs and increasing efficiency, employee health and environmental protection will also be discussed. In particular, information will be shared on hydrogen technologies, which are targeted to be developed to reduce water consumption and minimize greenhouse gases and energy consumption.
