In contrast, the production of raw zinc witnessed upswing, marking a 5.9% increase to reach 24.5 thousand tons. However, other key metals faced declines, with refined gold decreasing by 29.3% to 3.9 tons and refined copper dipping by 9.3% to 32 thousand tons.

Copper production in Kazakhstan saw a notable decline, contracting by 12.9% to 331.186 thousand tons, while ferroalloys experienced a more modest dip, receding by 3.9% to 1.702 million tons.
