While there are 240 million lots in total in Group A shares, there are 50 million lots transferred to the Wealth Fund. Group A shares also include important stakeholders such as Kardökmak A.Ş. and Karçel A.Ş. On the other hand, 120 million lots of Group A shares belong to Yolbulan and Yücel families, while Kaptan Demir Çelik Group holds 15 million lots and Azimut Portföy Group holds 16.5 million lots. It is also stated that Hayrettin Aydın, one of the leading jewelers of Karabük, owns 10 million Lot A Group shares.
Group B holds approximately 119 million lots and the Güleç Family represents the majority of this group. Group D is a group of 740 million lots of shares and is said to be shaped by various domestic and foreign funds.
Before the extraordinary elective congress of KARDEMİR A.Ş., there are also claims that the families will come together and that the CMB may take new measures and make appointments in the face of possible problems.
