The Iron and Steel Company for Mines and Quarries has revealed its sales figures for July, totaling EGP 22.5 million. A statement provided to the Egyptian Stock Exchange indicates that the Bahariya Oasis mines contributed significantly to this figure, accounting for EGP 22.49 million, while the Beni Khaled – Samalut quarries added a modest EGP 7,812.
For the fiscal year ending in June 2024, the company posted a net profit of EGP 127.49 million, a slight decrease from the EGP 127.81 million reported in the previous year. Annual sales also experienced a minor decline, totaling EGP 306.25 million compared to EGP 309.92 million in the preceding fiscal year.
Despite these small drops in profit and sales, the strong July performance underscores the company's enduring operational efficiency and continued presence in the market.
