Iran's Mobarakeh Steel is among the World Steel Association for the first time

Mobarakeh Steel, one of Iran's major companies in the steel industry, has become a member of the World Steel Association for the first time. The members of this association account for about 85 per cent of global steel production. Among the members, Mobarakeh steel refers to steel producers that produce crude steel and operate as an independent commercial company. The American company "New Castle Stainless Plate" and the Chinese company "Wei Chih Steel Industrial" have also become members of the World Steel Association.
