HRC offers from India dropped significantly, suddenly losing $10-15/t, and offers at $515-520/t CIF GCC were immediately approved by buyers. The decline in India’s export quotations comes despite steady price increases in the domestic market, reaffirming that demand is low and factories need to reduce their stocks.
