India is rapidly consuming EU sheet quotas

In EU quotas, India fully utilized 52,960 tons of 4A metallic coated sheets quota, 77,600 tons of organic coated sheets quota, 31,333 tons of stainless bars and light profiles quota.

In the April 1-June 30 period, India used 87% of its HRC quota, 47.9% of its stainless pipe (seamless) quota, 20.50% of its 4B metallic coated sheets quota, 16.4% of its CRC quota, 9.9% of its stainless wire rod quota and 5.6% of its stainless HR quarto sheet quota.

In terms of EU quota utilization, Türkiye and India used their quotas rapidly, while China used only the quota for 4B metallic coated sheets at full capacity, while other quotas were used at a slower pace.
