Construction activities in the Eurozone, which has 19 members, increased by 2.3 percent in February compared to January. On the other hand, it increased by 2.1 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
According to the data published by Eurostat, the highest increase in construction activities in the EU in February was measured in Austria with 13.3 percent, followed by the Netherlands with 3.5 percent and Romania with 3.1 percent, respectively. The slowest paced country compared to other countries was Slovakia with 0.8, followed by Sweden with 1.6 and Czechia with 3.7.
