Having proven itself in different fields such as steel, energy, logistics and shipyards, İçdaş Çelik will install a Solar Power Plant (SPP) in the Bekilli district of Denizli. Electricity generated at the plant will be offset against the consumption of the steel company. The value of the project, which is planned to have an installed capacity of 44 MW, is calculated as approximately 868 million TL.

Operating in Denizli Province, Bekilli District, Gömce Neighborhood, Ovacık Çatboğazı Mevkii, the power plant will be built on 61 hectares of land belonging to the treasury and electricity will be generated using monocrystalline photovoltaic panels. The power plant will have 9 transformers with a total power of 5 MVA, 1 distribution center, 14 inverters and 92,352 panels. It is planned to generate 82,500,000 kWh of electricity per year and the electricity generated will be connected to Gömce SPP TM via a 154 kV, 1272 MCM, approximately 5 km power transmission line.
