The global nickel market was oversupplied by 10,500 tons in the first nine months of this year, compared to a supply gap of 180,300 tons in 2021.
In the September period, world refined nickel production was around 2.14 million tons, and global demand was 2.13 million tons.
As of the end of September, LME nickel stocks decreased by 46,600 tons compared to the end of last year.
