As part of the construction of Russia's highest-capacity natural gas processing facility to be established in the Ust-Luga region on the Baltic Sea coast, Rönesans Industry Facilities, operating under Rönesans Holding, was given a guarantee of 3.5 billion dollars by Gazprombank.
Signed collateral is mutually important
Stating that Renaissance, which has a high credibility in the global arena, is working with the largest Russian banks to provide non-cash limits for the giant projects it has built, Rönesans Holding Chairman of the Board İpek Ilıcak Kayaalp will increase the competitiveness of the Russian gas industry in the international market and accelerate the long-term economic growth of the regional industry. He emphasized that the guarantee signed for the construction of the project is an important step for both Gazprombank and Rönesans.
We take part in initiatives of high socio-economic importance
Stating that Gazprombank is one of the most important participants in the infrastructure finance market, Gazprombank First Vice President Oksana Panchenko said, “It is very valuable for us to take part in initiatives of high socio-economic importance, such as the project in Ust-Luga. Renaissance fulfills its commitments with high performance. Gazprombank's experience and expertise enables it to work flexibly with key players in the infrastructure construction market and to find individual solutions.”
The facility, which is one of the most important projects in Russia, is being built together with Russian and German companies. A natural gas liquefaction facility with a capacity of 13 million tons will also be established in the complex, whose gas processing capacity is determined to be 45 billion cubic meters in total, equivalent to Turkey's annual natural gas consumption.
