Ersoy Döküm Makine, which manufactures rolling mill rolls for the iron and steel industry, draws attention with its casting and machining workshop with a total installed area of 25.000 square meters, including 12.000 square meters of closed area.
Ersoy Döküm Makine, which realizes 70% of its production abroad, mainly produces various rolls and rings to be used in rolling mills. The company exports to 30 different countries and also undertakes the production of large machine parts.
Murat Kutluay, Production Manager of Ersoy Döküm, who made statements to SteelRadar at the 16th Ankiros Fair this year, stated that the products they produce are generally ductile iron and steel rolls and said, “Ductile iron and steel rolls are high alloy rolls. We produce all rolls and offer them to the customer by opening their caliber in machining. We carry out production in the light of different analyzes specific to the area of use according to the companies.”
The company, which operates with 110 employees in its facilities in Denizli, carries out all processes from casting to the end user within its own structure. Kutlay said, “The busier the rolling mills are, the busier we are. The economic situation in Europe can affect us. Since there are not many purchases, production decreases or shifts to other places. But at the moment, we can see our way forward,” he added.
