East Pipes Saudi Arabia propels infrastructure evolution with coated pipes partnership

In a significant development, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry, a state-of-the-art manufacturer of Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes, has recently inked a contract with the local contracting company Maramer Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia. This strategic partnership marks a pivotal moment in the country's infrastructure development, promising enhanced durability, longevity, and environmental sustainability in major construction projects.

This innovative coating not only ensures the longevity of the pipelines but also significantly reduces maintenance costs, making it an attractive choice for large-scale infrastructure projects.

• The contract is valued at SAR 60 million, making it a substantial deal for both companies.

• East Pipes Co. will supply the coated steel pipes to Maramer over a period of six months.

• The financial impact of this contract is expected to be reflected in the second and third quarters of the financial year 2024-25.

• East Pipes specializes in various coating technologies, including 3 Layer Polyethylene (3LPE), 3 Layer Polypropylene (3LPP), and Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE).

This collaboration between East Pipes and Maramer Contracting Company underscores the importance of high-quality pipes in infrastructure projects. As the demand for coated steel pipes continues to grow, this partnership aims to meet the construction industry’s needs efficiently and sustainably.
