Kazakhstan's production of crude steel in July 2023 amounted to 322,222 tons, which is 10.5% more compared to the previous year. In June it was 343,180 tons. These data point to positive dynamics in the industry, despite a slight decrease in production volumes.
In the first 7 months of 2023, crude steel production in Kazakhstan showed an improvement of 12.6% to 2,289,457 tons.
The production of flat steel in July amounted to 209,667 tons, in comparison with the results of June - 189,919 tons - there was an increase. However, year-on-year production of flat products decreased by 8.8%.
