French producer Dillinger France S.A. was found not to be dumping certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plates (CTL plates), according to the final outcome of an antidumping duty investigation by the US Department of Commerce (USDOC). During the review period from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023, Dillinger France did not sell these products in the US market at less than fair value.
Accordingly, the final dumping margin for Dillinger France was zero, which means that the company will not pay dumping duties. This decision entered into force on August 28, 2024. This development means that Dillinger France will be able to continue its activities in the US market without any negative tax burden.
