Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) announced the consumer confidence index data for November.
Accordingly, the seasonally adjusted consumer confidence index, calculated from the results of the "Consumer Tendency Survey" conducted in cooperation with TURKSTAT and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, increased by 1.1 percent in November compared to the previous month. The index, which was 74.6 in October, was recorded as 75.5 in November.
In the current period, the household financial situation index increased by 2.7 percent on a monthly basis to 61.3.
The financial situation expectation index of the household in the next 12 months was calculated as 74.5, with an increase of 2.6 percent this month, while it was 72.6 in October.
The general economic situation expectation index in the next 12 months, which was 72.9 in October, increased by 0.6 percent to 73.4 this month.
The index of spending on durable consumer goods in the next 12 months decreased by 0.6 percent to 92.6 in November, while it was 93.2 in October.
