Chinese steel traders do not want to stock up

Chinese traders are not taking stock, as steel demand is forecast to be low in the short term.

Chinese steel traders do not want to stock up

According to steel traders, China's market participants did not want to stock up as steel market prices were high. Although rebar futures and spot prices have increased significantly since November, prices are still at their lowest level in the last two years.

Also, the rising raw material price range was higher than the rising steel prices. Therefore, the profits of the steelmakers increased little.
