According to the Capital Markets Board's (CMB) weekly bulletin, Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ approved a bonus issue of 399 million 24 thousand 320 TL. Çemtaş Makina will increase its capital of 100,975,680 TL by 399,024,320 TL to 500,000,000 TL, all of which will be covered from dividends.
