Bülbüloğlu Vinç signed a contract worth 22.2 million TL with Bülbüloğlu Çelik

Bülbüloğlu Vinç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it signed a contract worth 22.2 million TL with Bülbüloğlu Çelik.

The following statements were made on the Public Disclosure Platform:

Bülbüloğlu Çelik End.San.ve Tic. A.Ş., in which we own 85% of the capital, has signed a contract with an iron and steel company located in Turkey for the steel structure of the factory building and the contract price is 952,300 USD (22.2 million TL at the current exchange rate). The work in question will be delivered in September 2023.

Bülbüloğlu Vinç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., or BVS Cranes for short, is a crane and handling equipment manufacturer based in Turkey. The company was established on 15 April 1987 with its headquarters in Sincan, Ankara.
