Borusan Boru announced a total loss of TRY 226.6 million for the year. The company, which announced a profit in the first half of 2024, recorded losses in the third and fourth quarters. While a net profit of TRY 366.9 million in the first quarter of the year and TRY 272.8 million in the second quarter, it posted a loss of TRY 327.9 million in the third quarter and TRY 538.4 million in the last quarter.
Compared to 2023, sales increased by 31% to TRY 55 billion, while gross profit declined by 49% to TRY 3.6 billion.
Operating profit decreased 70% to TRY 1.7 billion.
The pipe manufacturer's net debt decreased by 23% in the last quarter compared to the previous quarter to TRY 9.9 billion, while its equity increased by 1% to TRY 30 billion.
EBITDA decreased 61% to TRY 2.3 billion.
