Trilogy Minerals owns the rights to more than 9,233 hectares of the Rio Grande Sur project, located in the lithium triangle of South America.
The Rio Grande Sur project is located in the Rio Grande Salar (Salt Lake) and contains 2.1 million tons of lithium carbonate.
Pursuit stated that the acquisition of Trilogy will expand its operations to be an emerging lithium exploration company in the lithium-rich region.
