The investigation targets Indonesian suppliers PT Ispat Panca Putera and PT Putra Baja Deli only.
The products investigated are various diameters of no more than 50 millimeters, commonly referred to as rebar. These products contain indentations, grooves or other deformations formed during the rolling process and are classified under HS codes 7214.20.00, 7228.30.10, 7228.30.90 and 7228.60.10.
The investigation period covers a one-year period starting July 1, 2023, and the injury analysis period is based on the date range starting July 1, 2020. Interested parties will need to submit their applications by the last day of October at the latest. The Anti-Dumping Commission stated that “by January 13, 2025, a statement of basic information will be made available for public record. A recommendation to the Minister will be submitted in a report on or before February 26, 2025,” it explained.
