According to ArcelorMittal's report, operations will be stopped at the Fos-sur-Mer steelworks in Southern France.
Among the main reasons for the closure of the plant were overexposure of workers to toxic products and dust, and inadequate protective measures.
ArcelorMittal did not give an exact date for the closure of the plant, only stating that the company has developed and implemented an action plan with all parties to reduce personnel exposure.
