Arabian Pipes Company has announced the signing of a contract valued at SAR 107 million (approximately USD 28.5 million) with engineering and construction firm Br. C.A.T. International L.L.C., which plays a key role in large-scale energy projects in Saudi Arabia. According to the stock exchange filing, the nine-month agreement covers the production and supply of steel pipes for the third phase of the Jafurah Gas Field.
This strategic deal aims to support the development of the Jafurah field, which contains the largest shale gas reserves rich in liquids in Saudi Arabia. With an estimated 200 trillion standard cubic feet of natural gas, Jafurah is expected to play a vital role in the Kingdom’s energy transition and provide essential feedstock for the petrochemical industry.
Arabian Pipes stated that the financial impact of this agreement will be reflected in its earnings for the third and fourth quarters of 2025. Spanning approximately 17,000 km², the Jafurah field is considered one of Aramco’s most ambitious projects and a key component of the region’s energy vision.
