ANKIROS Fair, organized for the 16th time this year, opened its doors for the first day with more visitors than expected. The fair will take place between September 19-21. The fair, which started in Yeşilköy IFM, was marked by the intensity of participation on the first day. Many international visitors and exhibitors outside Turkey are expected to make agreements that will leave the stagnant markets behind.
Organized by Hannover Messe Ankiros Fuarcılık A.Ş. every 2 years, 421 domestic and 716 foreign companies took part as exhibitors in the fair. This year, a total of 289 direct foreign companies from 42 countries participated in the fair, demonstrating the importance of ANKIROS Fair in the global metallurgical sector.
With a total of 1,137 exhibitors and 70,000 m² of exhibition area, Ankiros Fair hosted all stakeholders of the sector and the latest technologies in the metallurgy sector.
More than 20,000 visitors from 81 countries are expected
From 81 countries, the visitor profile will mainly consist of Iron and Steel Producers, Users and Traders, Foundries, Non-Ferrous Metal Producers, Machinery Manufacturing, Defense Industry, Municipalities, Cement, Automotive, White Goods, Construction, Shipping industry sectors.
