Çemtaş Çelik and CW Enerji signed an agreement worth USD 30.9 million.

30.9 million dollar agreement between Çemtaş Çelik and CW Enerji

CW Enerji signed a $30.9 million SPP agreement with Çemtaş Çelik. According to this agreement, CW Enerji aims to build a 32 thousand kilowatt (kWe) capacity solar power plant for the company on a land in Kars.

CW Enerji CEO Volkan Yılmaz expressed his satisfaction for signing another new agreement and added the following words: "According to the agreement we made with the company, an agreement was reached between our company and Çemtaş Çelik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ in the amount of USD 30 million 939 thousand 077.75 excluding VAT, including the land cost, for the installation of a solar power plant on a land located in Kars province, which we have developed for the construction of a SPP project. Within the framework of our agreement, we will install a solar power plant with a capacity of 32 thousand kWe for Çemtaş Çelik in Kars. May our agreement be beneficial for both companies". Yılmaz stated that they are very happy to be involved in such a valuable project and added that they will continue to sign strong agreements in the solar energy sector.
