Construction and domestic industry experts will meet on the same platform with domestic and international service and product manufacturers, representatives of industry associations and unions, and supervisory departments of the state apparatus. According to statistics from the National Bureau of Statistics of Kazakhstan, in January-June 2022, 100.5% of the total residential buildings were put into service compared to the same period last year. Currently, construction in Kazakhstan is one of the sectors that receives great attention from the state. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to develop a set of measures to support the construction industry in the current macroeconomic and geopolitical situation with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the opinion of experts, in the near future, the active phase of construction growth in Kazakhstan will continue, which determines the importance of holding the event of the industry fair in Kazakhstan.
In this context, the KazBuild fairground will be a place to showcase construction and domestic industry innovations, as well as a fruitful dialogue platform for all market participants to identify further development prospects for the construction and housing sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Participants in 2022 are more than 150 companies from 18 countries (Azerbaijan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, USA, Turkey, Finland, France, UAE). Exhibitors will traditionally present building materials and equipment, form systems, finishing materials, window technology, ceramics and stone, paint products, smart locks and appliances, roof and facade materials and much more. The growing interest in the event is evidenced by the number of exhibitors opening booths for the first time - more than 50 companies , including 17 manufacturers of ceramic tiles from India, 9 manufacturers of construction equipment from Europe and Russia .Technosonus and StandardPlast facilities will present sound insulation materials, while Bastau Almaty will present its domestic production window profile innovations to the audience at its stand.
KazBuild plays a key role in attracting international companies to the Kazakhstan market, expanding geography and commercial cooperation. Thus , the German, Malaysian and Polish National groups will offer innovative solutions in the construction industry. Manufacturers from 9 regions of Spain, India and Russia will hold collective exhibitions.
For the first time at KazBuild , a new project called Real Estate Alley will be presented for real estate developers in Kazakhstan . This is a new professional platform where a wide range of urban and suburban real estate and unique offers from leading real estate developers of Kazakhstan will be presented. K7 Group, Atrix Story, Barys Stroy 2001 and others have already confirmed their participation.
Global trends, new accents in interior design and non-trivial solutions will be showcased during Design Fest, a new atmospheric session organized by the Kazakhstan Association of Designers and Architects .
A comprehensive work schedule at KazBuild 2022, KAZGOR The DA will include hands-on seminars by the Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Union of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Union of Builders, the Republican Association of Legal Entities and other professional participants .
Aquatherm Almaty 2022 , the 14th International Exhibition of home and industrial equipment for heating, water supply, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation will be held simultaneously in the same place.
