Girne’ye 120 Milyon Dolara Akıllı Otel

GİRNE’de 120 milyon dolarlık yeni bir yatırıma başladıklarını açıklayan Merit International Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Reha Arar, “55 bin metrekare üzerinde akıllı bina teknolojisi ile Merit Royal Otel’i inşa ediyoruz” dedi.

Girne’ye 120 Milyon Dolara Akıllı Otel

KUZEY Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde yaptığı yatırımlarla dikkat çeken Net Holding, yaklaşık 120 milyon dolarlık bir yatırımla Girne’de, 55 bin metrekare üzerinde akıllı bina teknolojisi ile Merit Royal Otel’i inşa ediliyor. Merit International Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Reha Arar, Kuzey Kıbrıs’ın temel geçim kaynaklarının üniversiteler ve turizm olduğunu ancak turizm konusunun Türkiye’den gereken ilginin görülmediğini ifade etti.
