Ilsenburger Grobblech GmbH, a subsidiary of German steelmaker Salzgitter Group, has announced that it will supply 60,000 tons of heavy steel plates to Navantia S.A., Spain's state-owned shipbuilding company, for the Dieppe-Le Tréport Offshore Wind Project in France.
The Dieppe-Le Tréport offshore wind project is located in the coastal towns of Dieppe and Le Tréport in the Normandy region of France. The installed power of the wind farm is 496 megawatts and is expected to be operational by 2026.
