In the most recent analysis of steel prices in Egypt, the rebar market displayed a range of fluctuations, with prices observed to be fluctuating between EGP 39,900 and EGP 35,750 EXW, as per the latest daily monitoring report.
Over the course of the current week, a trend of price stability emerged among several prominent companies within the steel sector. Ezz Steel and Suez Steel stood firm at EGP 36,000, while Beshay Steel maintained its position at EGP 39,900. Other significant players, such as El Marakby Steel and Ashry Steel, held their ground at EGP 38,000, with Garhy Steel at EGP 35,750. Al Gioshy Steel, Misr Steel, El Komy Steel, and El Ola Steel also contributed to this overall stability, keeping their prices within the range of EGP 35,750 to EGP 39,900.
Nevertheless, not all companies adhered to this trend of stability, as a few experienced shifts in their pricing strategies. Egyptian Steel notably increased its pricing from EGP 38,000 to EGP 38,500. Similarly, Misr Steel and El Ola Steel also adjusted their prices, moving from EGP 37,000 to EGP 37,500 and from EGP 36,500 to EGP 37,000, respectively.
