The following information was given in the announcement published on the website of the Directorate General of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permit and Inspection:
Regarding the SOLAR POWER PLANT (3,9 MWm-3 MWe-39,763,10 m2) project, which is planned to be built by Ayzer Döküm Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, in Province of Kahramanmaraş, district of Elbistan, neighbourhood of Özbek, Misto Yurt road, 3792 square, parsel no 74, the PTD File which has been submitted to our Ministry has been examined and evaluated. Pursuant to article 17 of the EIA Regulation, the SOLAR POWER PLANT (3.9 MWm-3 MWe-39.763,10 m2) project has been given the decision of 'Environmental Impact Assessment is Not Necessary' by our Governor's Office.
