In the statement of the Ministry of Commerce, it was stated that as a result of the investigations carried out within the framework of international rules, domestic producers were strongly protected against unfair competition and the damage caused by dumped imports was prevented.
In this context, it was stated in the statement that 126 anti-dumping and subsidy measures, 26 final reviews on 15 products and 6 dumping investigations on 3 products are currently ongoing.
"In accordance with the provisions of the Legislation on the Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports, anti-dumping measures are repealed 5 years after their entry into force or the date of the last review investigation. However, regarding the anti-dumping measure that will be repealed, with the expiry of the measure, dumping and damage will cease to be effective." "Upon the duly prepared application of the domestic producers of the product subject to the measure, who claim that it will continue or reoccur, a final review investigation may be opened for the product subject to the measure, provided that the necessary conditions are met within the framework of the relevant legislation."
