International auditors check every year whether the activities of companies meet international standards.
In the report published by Dnipro Metallurgical Plant (DMZ);
"Dnipro Metallurgical Plant has been producing steel products for the European market for over 10 years. Every year, international auditors check whether the company's activities meet international standards. Another audit was carried out the other day. Inspectors learned how to control the quality of hot rolled products in the DMZ” it says.
The audit was carried out by representatives of the company “Technical and Management Services” (TMS), the official partner of TÜV SÜD in Ukraine.
In the production departments that produce and control finished rolled products for the European market, the accuracy of technological documentation was checked, and the quality control of raw materials and finished rolled products was evaluated.
A meeting was also held with managers and employees, the procedure for the selection, preparation and analysis of rolling products samples was reviewed in the Central Factory Laboratory.
"TMS representatives confirmed that the plant's production control system meets the requirements of Construction Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and EN 10025-1 standard "Hot rolled structural steel products".
According to the audit results, the validity period of the certificate of conformity was extended for one more year. This enables the company to continue to supply hot rolled products to Europe.
