According to the report, the apparent consumption of steel wire rods fell to approximately 192,000 tons, down by 9.9% from 213,096 tons recorded the same month last year—a decrease of about 21,096 tons.
Parallel to the decrease in usage, production also suffered a sharp decline. Figures show that production dropped to about 173,000 tons, reflecting a 17.6% decrease from the previous year's production of approximately 209,951 tons, marking a reduction of around 36,951 tons. These levels represent one of the lowest points in both production and consumption over the last two years.
