Dana Steel, a UAE-based steel manufacturer, is set to commence operations at its first production facility in Saudi Arabia by mid-next year. The project, which represents an investment of approximately $82 million, was confirmed by CEO Ankur Dana.
The decision to expand into Saudi Arabia is driven by the Kingdom's substantial demand for Dana Steel's exports and the ongoing construction boom in the region. This strategic move aims to capitalize on the growing market opportunities within Saudi Arabia.
Dana Steel currently operates eight factories in the UAE and is in the process of establishing a ninth facility in the Khalifa Industrial Zone in Abu Dhabi. The company exports its products to more than 50 countries worldwide, showcasing its extensive global reach and commitment to meeting international demand.
