CMC in the United States has been granted permission to build the country's fourth technologically sophisticated micro mill.

Commercial Metals Company permitted to build 4th advanced micro mill

Commercial Metals Company, a Texas-based steel and metal manufacturer, has received approval from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection to construct its fourth advanced micro mill. This marks a milestone in the Steel West Virginia project.

After obtaining the permit and land purchase, construction is expected to begin in 2025.
