The application of the Turkish Securitization Company Koç Finans First Wealth Financing Fund for the issuance of 5 billion liras worth of lease certificates and VICCMK was approved.
New operating licenses
CMB authorized the establishment of A1 Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's "Second Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Third Venture Capital Investment Fund" and Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's "Electricity Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund", "Ikas Venture Capital Investment Fund", "MG Private Venture Capital Investment Fund" and "Proptech Technologies Venture Capital Investment Fund" and approved the issuance documents for the issuance of participation shares.
Foneva Portföy Yönetimi AŞ was authorized to establish Variable Umbrella Fund, Participation Umbrella Fund, Money Market Umbrella Fund and Free Umbrella Fund and Hedef Portföy Yönetimi AŞ was authorized to establish Participation Umbrella Fund.
Pusula Portföy Yönetimi AŞ's request for an operating permit and authorization certificate for portfolio management and investment advisory was approved.
Criminal complaints and access ban decisions
The CMB decided to impose an administrative fine of 1.7 million Turkish Liras on a name as a result of the investigation regarding the transactions carried out in the share market of Euro Menkul Kıymet Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ (EUYO).
In accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the Capital Markets Law, the CMB decided to take legal action to block access to 48 websites where leveraged transactions are carried out abroad via the internet for Turkish residents.
