China's rebar production increased in October

In October this year, China produced approximately 20.9 million tons of rebar, up 7.6 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. Wire rod production in this period amounted to 11.7 million tons, up 1.5% year on year.

In the first ten months of this year, China's rebar production totaled approximately 198.3 million tons, down 13.8% year on year. In the given period, wire rod production decreased by 8.4 percent year on year to 119.6 million tons.
