China's finished steel exports expected to continue to rise

Baosteel, one of the leading producers in the market, stated that its steel exports will depend on the balance between domestic and foreign markets.

China will continue to keep production capacity under control by blocking activities that will lead to an increase in steel production.

In addition, China's finished steel exports increased in the period between January and May 2023, amounting to around 36 million mt.
