Biden approved the budget bill, which was passed by the US Senate and House of Representatives with the support of both Republicans and Democrats, at the signing ceremony held at the White House.

With the budget to provide financing to the US federal government until September 30 for the 2022 fiscal year, the shutdown of the federal government in the country was prevented.

After months of negotiations, the 2,741-page budget passed by the House and Senate included a $13.6 billion aid package for Ukraine, which is at war with Russia.

In the said budget, approximately $782 billion was allocated for military expenditures within the Ministry of Defense.

More than 20 billion dollars of resources requested by the White House for vaccines and treatment to combat new variants in the Kovid-19 epidemic could not be found in the budget.
