Stating that they are working to rebuild the railway networks destroyed by Armenia in the Karabakh war, Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan gave consent for Armenia to be included in a part of this network system.
Stating that the construction of the railway network will play a role in establishing links between Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Russia and Armenia, Bayramov stated that these transportation routes will also benefit the east-west corridor between Asia and Europe. He stated that the countries of the region can profit and that they want to contribute to increasing cooperation in the South Caucasus. Bayramov said, "Unfortunately, we did not receive a definite response from Armenia on these issues." Noting that there were some positive signals in the Working Group between Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, Bayramov said, "We hope to receive confirmation from Armenia in the near future that these projects will be implemented and real steps will be taken to get concrete results." he said.

Reminding that they implemented the Southern Gas Corridor project together with the partners, Bayramov stated that they have been sending gas from the Caspian to Georgia, Turkey, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria, half of which is to the EU markets, since January. Bayramov said that this gas contributes to Europe's resource diversity. Stating that Azerbaijan plans to increase the use of renewable resources from 17 percent to 30 percent by 2030, Bayramov said that they aim to reduce the country's greenhouse gas emissions by 35 percent.
