Ashry Steel Group is expanding with Galfa Engineering Industries Plant

Ashry Steel Group has inaugurated the Galfa Engineering Industries Plant to consolidate their strength in the metal industry. Designed to meet the growing need in both the domestic and regional market, the plant produces lighting poles and supporting towers with a production capacity of up to 2,000 tons per month. The plant's product range includes street, highway and stadium lighting poles up to 30 meters long, as well as electricity transmission towers, communication towers and cable trays.

One of the most important parts of the facility is the galvanizing plant, which stands out as the largest galvanizing plant in the Middle East. With a monthly production capacity of 10,000 tons, this section was developed in cooperation with the Italian company Gimeco and equipped with fully automated systems. In this way, it offers high-quality metal coating solutions, increasing the durability of products and providing superior protection against corrosion.

With this major investment, Ashry Steel Group further strengthens their leadership in the engineering industry and contributes to infrastructure projects by providing solutions that meet international standards. At the same time, Ashry Steel Group is taking an important step to support its goal of establishing Egypt as one of the industrial hubs in the region.
