ArcelorMittal's crude steel production and sales fell year-on-year in the third quarter due to lower prices and worsening market conditions.
Crude steel production in the third quarter fell from 17.2 million mt a year ago to 14.9 million mt, with shipments falling 7.1 percent year on year to 13.6 million mt.
