According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the board approved the public offering applications of Bien Yapı at 42.8 Turkish liras per share and Kayseri Şeker at 16.27 Turkish liras per share.
Anatolia Diagnosis and Biotechnology Products Research Development Industry and Trade Inc.'s capital increase of 110 million Turkish liras without a charge was approved.
The board granted permission for the debt instrument issuance applications of National Factoring Inc. for 110 million Turkish liras, Tera Investment Securities Inc. for 140 million Turkish liras, Ata Investment Securities Inc. for 65 million Turkish liras, Çağdaş Factoring Inc. for 170 million Turkish liras, Tacirler Investment Securities Inc. for 350 million Turkish liras, and Halk Investment Securities Inc. for 1 billion 840 million Turkish liras.
The companies granted permission for debt instrument issuance include Info Investment Securities Inc. with 300 million Turkish liras, Ottoman Investment Securities Inc. with 500 million Turkish liras, Tam Finance Factoring Inc. with 190 million Turkish liras, and Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi with 250 million euros.

The board granted permission for the establishment of a brokerage firm called Blupay Securities Inc.
The requests for approval of the establishment of Hedef Portföy Management Inc.'s Independent Private Equity Investment Fund and Re-Pie Portföy Management Inc.'s Real Estate Participation New Home Real Estate Investment Fund, Efor Real Estate Investment Fund, Downtown Hotel Real Estate Investment Fund, and Göksu Real Estate Investment Fund, as well as the approval of their prospectuses for the issuance of participation shares, were approved.
Ziraat Investment Securities Inc. was added to the Capital Markets Board's list of "Authorized Appraisal Institutions for Assets other than Real Estate," while Lodos Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy Inc. was added to the list of "Authorized Appraisal Institutions for Machinery and Equipment."
The request of Nar Crowdfunding Platform Inc. to be included in the list of authorized platforms for equity-based crowdfunding activities, authorized by the board, was approved.
