With this re-implementation, AD duties will be re-applied to tin-free-steel imports from these countries. AD tax rates for China range from 4.53% to 24.73%, for South Korea from 3.95% to 17.06%, and for the EU it is a flat rate of 18.52%. These taxes are based on the cost, insurance and freight (CIF) prices of imported steel.
