An application for the transfer of OYAK Denizli Cement was submitted to the competition authority.

The competition authority announced on its current website that an official application for the final takeover of OYAK Denizli Cement by Taiwan Cement Corporation has been submitted.

In its statement on the subject on the Competition Board's website, "The sole control of OYAK Denizli Çimento Anonim Şirketi (and ultimately OYAK Çimento Fabrikaları AŞ) will be achieved through the share transfer from Cimpor Global Holdings B.V. to TCC Amsterdam Holdings B.V. "The final acquisition process by Taiwan Cement Corporation" was stated.
