BlueScope bobin kaplama işini satın alacak

Coil Coatings işletmesi, BlueScope'a, uzun vadeli karlılık ve büyüme için önemli fırsatlar sunuyor.

BlueScope Steel, şirketin ABD'deki ticari gelişimini güçlendirmek için Cornerstone Building Brands'tan bobin kaplama işini satın alma kararı aldı. Şirket, ABD'li üretici Cornerstone Building Brands'ten Coil Coatings işini satın almak için 500 milyon ABD doları harcayacak.

Kaynaklara göre, BlueScope İcra Kurulu Başkanı Mark Vassella, BlueScope'un ABD'deki portföyünü aşağı yönde genişletmek istiyor.
